Nezmaro — User Manual

Your online shop

If you chose the Online Seller edition, your ERP has a web shop built in: the products you publish are for sale on your own address, orders land in your ERP, and the same stock serves the shop and the counter. This chapter follows one product from being published to being packed.

Your first page

The page you land on is Shop: orders today, what is to deliver, sales this month, how many items are on the website, and the tiles — Website items, New orders, Shipments, Payment gateway, Stock levels, Returns, Customers, Sales register. The daily brief tells you every morning what is waiting to be packed.

Putting a product on the website

  1. Create the Item as usual (name, price, a photo under Image), or load a range with the items, prices and barcodes template on the Data page.
  2. Open Website items → New, pick the item, write the description shoppers will read, tick Published. The website items template on the Data page does this for many products at once.
  3. Your shop is at /all-products on your ERP's address. Shoppers browse, add to the cart, and check out; they create their own account on the way.

The shop shows the Standard Selling price and, when Stock levels are enabled in the shop settings, whether an item is in stock in your Stores warehouse.

Taking payment online

Payment gateway is where cards and wallets are connected. Set up your provider's account once (Stripe, PayPal, or a regional gateway — the settings screen lists what is available), then enable Enable checkout in the shop settings. Until then, the shop takes orders and you collect payment on delivery.

From order to parcel

  1. A checkout creates a Sales Order. New orders lists them; open one and Submit it to confirm.
  2. Create → Delivery Note from the order: the items to pack, the address to ship to. Submit it when the parcel leaves — that takes the stock out.
  3. Print the delivery note: it prints as a Packing Slip — the order reference, the items with a tick box for the packer, the address, and no prices (the invoice has those). Put it in the parcel.
  4. Create → Sales Invoice from the delivery note. For a card payment the invoice is paid already; for cash on delivery record the Payment Entry when the courier settles.
Shipments: record the courier and the tracking number on the Delivery Note (the Transporter section) so it is on the invoice and on the customer's order page.

Returns

Returns makes a credit note against the invoice and a return delivery note that brings the item back into stock. Refund through the gateway or by Payment Entry.

Your own address

The shop lives at yourcompany.nezmaro.com. To use shop.yourcompany.com instead, open Data & shop → Your domain in the control panel: type the name, add the one DNS record it shows at the company that manages your domain, press Check. The certificate is issued automatically; your old address keeps working.

Receipts and orders on WhatsApp

With a WhatsApp Business number connected on the WhatsApp page (Marketing → Set up WhatsApp), every invoice with a mobile number on it reaches the customer as a PDF on WhatsApp the moment it is submitted, and your daily brief can reach you the same way.

Publish prices with tax included if your customers are consumers; the shop shows exactly the price on the price list. The Accounting basics chapter explains tax templates.
